How often you come in really depends on what you need. After our first assessment, our physio team will suggest how often you should drop by to get the best results.

You don’t usually need a referral to see us. But, in some situations or due to certain insurance rules, you might need one. If you’ve got any reports or scans related to your visit, please bring them. This helps us get the full picture when we’re helping you out.

Put on something comfy and loose. Make sure we can easily get to the spot that’s troubling you or that we need to check.

The first time you come in will be a bit longer, about an hour, because we’ll be doing a proper check. After that, each time you visit, it’ll be around 30 to 45 minutes.
