  • We’re located on the corner opposite MarketPlace, right next to the fish shop.
  • If arriving by car, there is plenty of free street parking on Flood Street and Marion Street or at the Marketplace carpark across the road.
  • If coming by bus, there are multiple buses that stop right outside the clinic coming from the CBD.
  • If coming by light rail, Marion Street station is 5 minutes walking distance from the clinic.
  • If arriving by train, Petersham or Lewisham train station is 10 minutes walking distance from the clinic.

Please respect our clinicians' time, and patients on the waitlist who may benefit from our care should you cancel with late notice.

Appointments require 18 hours notice, class bookings require 12 hours notice. Late notice fees apply if cancellation is made within the notice time. $50 for cancellations made within late notice period, and 100% for cancellations made within the last 2 hours.

Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy treatment is a very effective and safe form of treatment however like any treatment there are benefits and risks. Any risks associated with the techniques performed will be discussed with you prior to treatment. You may choose to consent or refuse any form of treatment for any reason including religious or personal grounds. Once you have given consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You need to let us know of any previous injury or general health concerns as it may impact upon your treatment.

Massage: I am aware that the massage therapist does not diagnose illness or disease, does not prescribe medication and does not perform spinal manipulation. If I experience any pain or discomfort during or after the session, I understand that it is my job to immediately inform the therapist so the treatment can be adjusted. I have informed the massage therapist of all my known medical conditions, physical conditions and medications.

Nutrition/ Naturopathy: I understand that the Naturopath/ Nutritionist does not diagnose illness or disease. I understand that non invasive and natural methods are used in the assessment and treatment of any dysfunctions. I understand it is my duty to give an accurate personal health history and I consent to the use of diagnostic equipment and muscle testing to be performed on me after it has been thoroughly explained by the treating practitioner.

Your visit schedule will depend on your specific condition and requirements. After evaluating your situation, our physiotherapists will outline a treatment plan to optimise your recovery.

Usually, you won’t need a referral unless it’s specified by your insurance or for certain health conditions. If you have any previous scans or medical reports, bring them to your appointment.

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes that allow for easy movement and provide access to the area being examined or treated.

The initial appointment will take approximately one hour for a comprehensive evaluation. Follow-up sessions typically last between 30 to 45 minutes.

You can claim up to five physiotherapy sessions under Medicare. We require a current EPC referral from your doctor before your first session. We’ll handle your Medicare claim immediately after your session. Please read more detailed info here.

Yes, we accept all major private health insurers. You can claim for physiotherapy, remedial massage, and classes. However, naturopathy consultations are not covered.

Bring your health fund card for on-the-spot rebate processing. Rebates vary based on your individual health plan and level of coverage. If you don’t have your card, we’ll provide a receipt for you to claim later.

Yes, we stock a variety of physiotherapy supplies including braces, splints, crutches, wristbands, foam rollers, massage balls, therabands, and more. We also offer arch support thongs and select baby and breastfeeding accessories.

Arriving 10-15 minutes early allows time for any paperwork that needs to be completed and ensures you get the full time allocated for your appointment.

Our clinic hours are tailored to accommodate busy schedules, with appointments available from early morning to late evening. We are open on the following hours: Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 8 pm, Friday from 7 am to 2 pm, and Saturday from 7 am to 2 pm.
