  • If you’re coming by train, we’re a mere 3-minute walk from Kings Cross station, heading up Darlinghurst Road.
  • Once you reach Baker’s Delight, take a left, stroll past Harris Farm, and you’ll spot us in the EVA glass building next door.
  • For those driving, there is 2-hour street parking available near the clinic.

Winnie is available for treatments at Potts Point on Tuesdays only. Her schedule is typically booked out a month in advance. If you need an urgent appointment and can’t find any available times online, please speak with our friendly reception team at (02) 90292449.

Our clinic is located in the EVA glass building adjacent to Harris Farm. To enter, please press 105# on the intercom at the entrance, and we’ll buzz you in. If you have any trouble, ring us at (02) 93681824.

Please respect our clinicians' time, and patients on the waitlist who may benefit from our care should you cancel with late notice.

Appointments require 18 hours notice, class bookings require 12 hours notice. Late notice fees apply if cancellation is made within the notice time. $50 for cancellations made within late notice period, and 100% for cancellations made within the last 2 hours.

Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy treatment is a very effective and safe form of treatment however like any treatment there are benefits and risks. Any risks associated with the techniques performed will be discussed with you prior to treatment. You may choose to consent or refuse any form of treatment for any reason including religious or personal grounds. Once you have given consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You need to let us know of any previous injury or general health concerns as it may impact upon your treatment.

Massage: I am aware that the massage therapist does not diagnose illness or disease, does not prescribe medication and does not perform spinal manipulation. If I experience any pain or discomfort during or after the session, I understand that it is my job to immediately inform the therapist so the treatment can be adjusted. I have informed the massage therapist of all my known medical conditions, physical conditions and medications.

Nutrition/ Naturopathy: I understand that the Naturopath/ Nutritionist does not diagnose illness or disease. I understand that non invasive and natural methods are used in the assessment and treatment of any dysfunctions. I understand it is my duty to give an accurate personal health history and I consent to the use of diagnostic equipment and muscle testing to be performed on me after it has been thoroughly explained by the treating practitioner.

The frequency of your visits will be tailored to your unique situation and needs. Our Potts Point physiotherapists will assess you and design a treatment schedule that best facilitates your healing process.

In most cases, a referral isn’t necessary unless your insurance policy dictates it, or you have a specific medical condition that requires one. Please bring any previous scans or reports to your consultation.

Opt for loose, comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict movement and allows easy access to the area we’ll be examining or treating.

Your first session will typically be around one hour for a thorough assessment. Follow-up sessions typically last between 30 to 45 minutes.

Yes, Medicare may cover up to five physiotherapy sessions. An EPC referral from your GP is necessary. We’ll process your Medicare claim straight after your appointment. Please read more detailed info here.

Yes, we accept all leading private health insurers. Claims can be made for physiotherapy, remedial massage, and classes, but not for naturopathy consultations.

We can process on-the-spot rebates with your health fund card. Rebate amounts depend on your health plan and cover level. Without your card, we’ll give you a receipt to claim later.

Yes, we stock a variety of physiotherapy supplies, such as braces, splints, crutches, wristbands, and items for exercise and recovery like foam rollers and therabands. We also have arch-supportive thongs and selected baby and breastfeeding products.
