Our Mission

We believe in going beyond just treating symptoms and addressing the root causes of pain and discomfort, so that our patients can live their lives to the fullest without fear of recurrence.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to the principles of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, while also recognising the unique needs and circumstances of each individual who walks through our doors.
Our proven treatment model is designed to take patients far beyond their recovery expectations and towards lasting results that enables them to use their body to its full potential—at any age.
Our Values

The first two stages are for symptomatic relief – the ‘feel good’ stages. Your body will feel better, lighter, inflammation will be reduced, and mobility will be restored.
However, in order to future proof your body, we need to relearn and consolidate movement skills, acquire new habits to address all factors that contributed to the injury in the first place. This is especially important for those with chronic pain and a sensitised nervous system.
When you commit to these stages, and consolidate the groundwork, you will experience body transformations with no stresses, minimal pain, and movements that work in your favour.
Our Treatment Model
Recovery comes in different stages.
While the Recover and Restore stages feel good and restore your mobility, lasting change won’t be achieved if you stop there.
In order to future proof your body, we need to Relearn, Consolidate and acquire new Habits to address all factors that contributed to your injury in the first place.

We’ll guide you and help you commit to these stages, so you experience transformations of:
Our clinics are located in Leichhardt and Potts Point.

We employ a thoughtful combination of both passive and active approaches to therapy, and ensure that every modality we use is intentional, evidence-based, and tailored to each patient’s lifestyle, learning style, and experience.
