Why Choose Clinical Pilates at Movement Laboratory
Clinical Pilates at Movement Laboratory isn’t a one-size-fits-all class.
Every program is created by your physiotherapist to support your unique goals, whether that’s recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or improving your overall movement and strength.
Each class has a maximum of three participants, so you’ll receive close guidance and supervision while working through your own individualised program.
Our classes are designed to:
- Improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness
- Support rehabilitation and pain management
- Prevent injuries and support long-term health
- Build confidence in how your body moves
Our physiotherapist-led sessions cater to a range of needs:

No matter who you are, life is too short to be held back by pain. We understand the struggles of chronic pain and are dedicated to providing lasting relief.
- Transition from manual therapy to active rehabilitation, focusing on specific movement patterns and habit-forming techniques tailored to your condition.
- Support for patients with fluctuating pain and irritability due to inflammatory conditions or subacute injuries.
- Assistance for those who struggle to manage their flare-ups independently.
- Comprehensive care for patients requiring extra attention and nurturing, including hands-on cues, corrections, and modifications.
- Specialised programs for patients with comorbidities or immune challenges impacting their daily well-being.
Our approach combines accurate diagnosis with hands-on techniques, and we educate you about proper body mechanics and movement.
We make it simple to get started.
Initial Assessment: Begin with a one-on-one consultation with your physiotherapist. We’ll assess your movement, discuss your goals, and design a personalised Clinical Pilates program.
Small Group Classes: Join a class with up to three people, each following their own tailored program. Every exercise is guided and adjusted by your physiotherapist to ensure safety and effective progress.
Continuous Review: As you improve, your physiotherapist will regularly update your program to keep you challenged and moving toward your next goal.

Movement never lies. It is the barometer telling the state of the soul's weather to all who can read it.
