Senior Physiotherapist, MPhty (WSU), APAM
Member of Australian Physiotherapy Association
Rafki graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from Western Sydney University after completing his Bachelor of Medical science and Graduate Certificate of Human Movement Science. His treatment approach is heavily shaped by years of training with Connect Therapy during his career.
Rafki is our neck, rib cage, spine and pelvis guru! He loves treating complex chronic conditions. He focuses on a holistic approach – treating the cause of pain and optimising body movements with neuroplasticity and retraining techniques. Rafki is the best manual therapist in the clinic. He is patient, caring and attentive. He also utilises dry needling and Shockwave Therapy to manage soft tissue injuries when applicable.
Rafki trained as a Clinical Pilates instructor with Polestar Pilates. After manual therapy, he uses movement education extensively to ensure patients form long-lasting habits that result in real changes and prevent a relapse of chronic pain.
For leisure, Rafki enjoys basketball, soccer and martial arts, and is the proud father of a toddler and a newborn!
