Katy graduated with a Doctorate of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University after working for ten years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and movement coach. She is passionate about working with women and has worked with patients in all stages of their pre and post natal rehab.

Katy’s treatment approach focuses on gradually building strength and re-training movement patterns in a safe and comfortable environment so patients gain confidence to achieve their long term goals. As a physiotherapist, she utilises manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilisation, dry needling and Active Release Therapy (ART) as well as education, movement re-training and exercise therapy.

Katy is trained in Clinical Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).

Outside the clinic, she is passionate about positive psychology and philosophy. She loves cooking, yoga, pilates, beach workouts and meditating.

Please respect our clinicians' time, and patients on the waitlist who may benefit from our care should you cancel with late notice.

Appointments require 18 hours notice, class bookings require 12 hours notice. Late notice fees apply if cancellation is made within the notice time. $50 for cancellations made within late notice period, and 100% for cancellations made within the last 2 hours.

Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy treatment is a very effective and safe form of treatment however like any treatment there are benefits and risks. Any risks associated with the techniques performed will be discussed with you prior to treatment. You may choose to consent or refuse any form of treatment for any reason including religious or personal grounds. Once you have given consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You need to let us know of any previous injury or general health concerns as it may impact upon your treatment.

Massage: I am aware that the massage therapist does not diagnose illness or disease, does not prescribe medication and does not perform spinal manipulation. If I experience any pain or discomfort during or after the session, I understand that it is my job to immediately inform the therapist so the treatment can be adjusted. I have informed the massage therapist of all my known medical conditions, physical conditions and medications.

Nutrition/ Naturopathy: I understand that the Naturopath/ Nutritionist does not diagnose illness or disease. I understand that non invasive and natural methods are used in the assessment and treatment of any dysfunctions. I understand it is my duty to give an accurate personal health history and I consent to the use of diagnostic equipment and muscle testing to be performed on me after it has been thoroughly explained by the treating practitioner.
