Ashley moved to Australia to pursue her career in physiotherapy. She developed an interest in Women’s Health during her studies and decided to pursue the speciality from her first year. Her main interest is helping women improve their quality of life and return to participating in activities that they had stopped doing due to pelvic floor dysfunction.

Ashley is passionate about increasing awareness of pelvic health and creating a supportive environment for women to speak up and seek help for their health problems at all stages of life.

She values the importance of lifestyle on general health and advocates for considering all aspects of patient health to address problems with a lasting effect. She also believes in prevention as the key to maintaining health and function throughout one’s lifespan.

Ashley is trained in Clinical Pilates and loves playing with movement to create exercises that are meaningful to each individual patient and their goals.

Outside of the clinic, you will find Ashley going for long walks, doing yoga and Pilates, weight training in the gym, practicing new tricks with a skipping rope, and dancing salsa.
